Rodrigo has over 12 years of experience in investment banking, having worked at SAI Derecho & Economía from 2011, where he became partner in 2017. He specializes in M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory. Rodrigo holds a Finance degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and is pursuing an Executive Management program at IPADE. He was a board member at Ecolístico and Capillas Señoriales.
Manuel Mayoral

With over 30 years in maritime and Oil & Gas, Manuel has been pivotal in developing top Mexican companies. He has managed operations for specialized vessels and tanker contracts with Pemex Refinacion, achieving a 40% market share in hydrocarbon transport. His key achievements include the purchase of the BT Chicontepec and BT Burgos and strategic global partnerships.
Francisco Gutierrez

Francisco Gutierrez has over 25 years of experience in the maritime industry. He spent more than 9 years as a key executive in a leading Mexican maritime and logistics company listed on the BMV and NYSE, and served as General Counsel at Transportación Marítima Mexicana (TMM) until 2009. Francisco is the Founder and Partner of RBSglobal, a Mexican maritime boutique firm, where he has been involved in the financing, sale, and purchase of over 120 vessels, rigs, and naval artifacts. He has contributed to the growth of several Mexican shipping companies and supported the T-MEC negotiation group in the maritime and port sectors.
Arnulfo Amador

Arnulfo is an experienced Finance Executive with over 12 years as a Corporate Finance Director and 13 years as a General Controller. He specializes in securing investment and working capital loans, both in Mexico and internationally, while optimizing cash flow and financial structures. Arnulfo has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and implementing effective budget control processes.

A versatile professional with experience in aerospace, sales, and sustainable maritime operations. Diego started his career with an internship at Airbus, gaining aerospace industry exposure. He then excelled as a salesman for Rexair's "Rainbow Vacuum" in Mexico, surpassing sales targets. Now, as an Analyst at Verde Maritime, Diego applies his analytical skills to optimize processes and support sustainable shipping initiatives.
ANETTE DOÑAN

Accounting graduate from UNAM with experience as a Payroll Manager in the service, oil drilling, and maritime sectors at companies like KPMG, TMF, and Seadrill. Currently, she is the Payroll and HR Manager at Verde Maritime and an independent HR and payroll consultant. She has also taught accounting and related subjects at UEM.
Marketing and Communication Professional with 16+ years of experience in design, communication, and marketing. Specialized in internal/external communication, marketing strategies, and event organization. Held key roles in the government sector, including the Ministry of Education and the Senate, and worked in telecommunications, construction, and offshore industries.
